Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total appointment price. If Kira has not heard from or seen you by 9 minutes after the start time of your appointment a no call no-show fee of 100% of the appointment price will be charged to the card on file and you will be prevented from booking future appointments.
